Optimize the signup flow to increase lead generation and conversion rate

Overview

Forward features a questionnaire on its website that provides visitors with a personalized health report and the option to sign up for membership. However, data revealed that less than 1% of visitors completed the signup process. To optimize this flow for user growth, I worked as the sole designer, handling problem framing, UX flow, user testing, prototyping, and implementation collaboration. As a result, we achieved an 18% increase in lead generation and doubled the conversion rate.
